Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

A $150 reschedule fee may be applied if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, you do not show for a scheduled appointment, or you arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment.

New patients who schedule an appointment but do not call to cancel or do not arrive for their appointment, as well as any patient who repeatedly no-shows or otherwise disregards this policy, will not be invited to schedule future appointments.
